"Live at Lou's" is a collection of songs by Detroit's finest blues artists who participated in the Autism Society of  Michigan fund-raiser at Mr. Lou's Rhythm & Blues Cafe July 25, 1993. This album captures the spirit of the community present and felt that day by all who attended.

Autism is a neurological disorder that interferes with typical development of reasoning, social interaction, and communication. Autism typically appears during the first 30 months of life and occurs in approximately 14,000 people in Michigan. Autism is found in families of all racial, ethnic, and social backgrounds.
